During the Team Culture® Meeting's joint analysis of the test results, the team reflects upon a series of searching questions tailored to their particular team culture. They will assess how their daily communication hinders or supports their work. The test facilitates conversations where the team is able to see itself from the outside and put words to social patterns and actions they take for granted in their everyday life.
